The movie tells the story of Stanley (played by Parth Samthaan), a 10-year-old boy who lives in a slum and studies in a convent school on a scholarship. He is often teased and humiliated by his classmates due to his poverty and the fact that he doesn't have a lunchbox (dabba) like the others. One day, Stanley befriends a new student named Kushal (played by Tanay Chheda), who takes an interest in him. As their friendship grows, Stanley finds himself in a difficult situation when he loses his tiffin (dabba) and has to navigate the challenges of school life without it.
