The most immediate change was visual. Gone were the "Man Red" and "London FC." The patch added full kits, team names, logos, and badges for all major leagues, including the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga (fully integrated), and numerous lower divisions. It is strongly recommended not to update the game via official Konami patches after installing the SMoKE patch, as it can cause compatibility issues. It also included correct competition names and logos
: Backup your original pes2010.exe and settings.exe , then replace them with the versions provided in the patch folder.
