Spread across five blocks that rise to 16 storeys, our proposals provide enhanced cladding details that are designed to unify the elevations. This supports our ambition to create a sense of identity and place, a goal carried over into our interior design plans. Our proposals also include an improved entrance sequence and a concierge pavilion located at the top of two escalators, immediately crafting a sense of arrival for the people who pass through.

Our landscaping team has developed detailed concepts for the central courtyard, mixing hard and soft landscaping. This integrates the building into the surrounding streetscape, creating a perfect setting for the commercial and residential.
